About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with proven picking and packing experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders in line with company standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Handle stock replenishment and inventory control tasks
- Work towards daily targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, specifically picking and packing
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good level of physical fitness (manual handling may be required)
- Flexible and reliable with a positive work ethic
Desirable Skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
