Electronics Assembler/Solderer

We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working to precise specifications, assembling high quality components and sub-assemblies within a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Soldering printed circuit boards and electronics components to a high standard
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Basic testing and fault finding.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment
- Strong soldering skills
- Experience with wiring and cable assemblies
- Familiarity with IPC standards or prior IPC training is highly advantageous
- Competence with hand tools, soldering equipment, and general production tooling
- Ability to confidently read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
Additional Info
- Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8 am to 5.15 pm, Friday - 8 am to 12.30 am
- Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum
- Start date: ASAP
